Avatutor is currently offered as a beta service. Features, pricing, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product.

1. Service Overview

Avatutor provides AI-based educational tools, including avatar-assisted tutoring, voice/text interaction, and interactive whiteboard features.

2. Account and Eligibility

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.

3. Trials, Paid Plans, and Billing

Trial length and subscription details are defined by the current plan configuration. Paid plans are recurring monthly unless stated otherwise. Charges are handled by our payment provider.

4. Plan Changes and Legacy Plans

We may update plan prices or migrate subscriptions to newer plans. Some changes may require customer approval through the payment provider. If approval is not completed, access or subscription status may be limited, cancelled, or required to re-subscribe to an active plan.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription from the available account controls where provided. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or technical/security reasons.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Avatutor for unlawful activity, abuse, attempted unauthorized access, or harmful content generation. We reserve the right to restrict usage to protect users and systems.

7. Disclaimer

Educational output is provided "as is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying important results before relying on them.
